Never miss alead again.

The faster you respond to an enquiry, the more likely you are to win the job. When you can't get to it in time, we set you up with an assistant that handles the calls, website chats and web leads for you.

Example: a missed call, saved

Missed call · 2:14pm

You were on another job

Sorry we missed you! This is your business. Reply here and we’ll get you booked in.
Boiler’s out, any chance of today?
We can do 4pm. Shall I hold it for you?
Yes please.

Booked: today, 4:00pm

Saved before they rang your competitor

The quiet problem

The job goes to whoever answers first.

A missed call is rarely a voicemail. It's a customer dialling the next builder on the list. You never see the enquiry, so you never know the job existed.

A web enquiry left too long usually goes the same way. By the time anyone replies, they've already had someone round to quote.

Why answering fast matters

The work is already out there. It goes to whoever answers.

What your assistant does

Three ways it catches the work you'd lose.

01

Answers the calls you can't get to

Backup mode: it picks up only when no one else does, after hours or when the line is busy.

02

Handles website chat around the clock

The same assistant answers enquiries and can book jobs while you sleep.

03

Texts new web leads back fast

Once text-back is live and the customer consents, it replies within seconds.

Who it's for

Built for builders and the trades around them.

It suits any local trade, but the copy, the examples and the setup are written for builders first.

  • Builders and general construction
  • Extensions and renovations
  • Roofers
  • Kitchen and bathroom fitters
  • Plasterers and groundworkers
  • Electricians
  • Plumbers

How setup works

Nothing changes about how you run.

Two parts, both light. The full walk-through is on the How It Works page.

Phone, in backup mode

You keep your exact number, phone system and business cards. A quick call-forwarding code from your carrier takes a few minutes to set up.

Your assistant only answers when your team can't. If someone's at the desk at 2pm they answer as they always have. At 7pm when the office is empty, your assistant steps in and takes the lead.

Texting, for speed to lead

When a customer fills in your quote form and ticks the consent box, the system texts them back within seconds. The first message names the sender and gives a clear way to opt out.

We verify the sender and messaging setup before text-back goes live. The checks and timing depend on the number and messaging provider, and we confirm what applies during setup. In practice the phone side is typically live quickly, and texting goes live once your setup is verified.

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose calls my own staff should be answering?
No. It runs in backup mode, so it only answers when no one on your team picks up, after hours or when the line is busy. When your people can answer, they answer exactly as they do now.
When does the texting go live?
The phone side is typically live quickly once call forwarding is set. Texting runs through a messaging provider that we verify first, so it goes live once your setup is checked. We tell you what applies to your number during setup, and we never promise a specific date.
Do I have to change my number or phone provider?
No. You keep your number, your phone system and your business cards. Setup is a short call-forwarding code from your existing carrier.
Will it make things up about my business?
It's designed to answer only from the facts you've verified. It reads your website, then you fill any gaps such as pricing or an emergency policy. If it doesn't know something, it's set up to hand off to you rather than guess.
What does it do with a caller's details?
It captures the name, the job and when they want someone out, then passes that to you or books it onto a connected calendar. Callers are told an assistant is handling the call. We keep records for a limited period and delete them on request. See our privacy policy for how data is handled.
What does £397 a month cover?
Phone answering in backup mode, the website chat widget, missed-call and form text-back, plus setup, training and ongoing management, for one location, under a fair-use policy sized for normal single-location trade volume.
